1.Section 278 Highways works;
2.Section 38 estate road;
3.Section 104 foul and surface water drainage networks including pump stations and surface water attenuation schemes;
4.Private civil estate layouts for industrial, commercial and residential land uses;
5.Flood attenuation and source control structures;
6.Traffic management and traffic calming schemes.
•Delivering services
1.Initial consultation and negotiation with services companies to provide site service sites;
2.Consultation and negotiation with services companies to identify constraints due to services and diversions;
3.Project co-ordination of services companies to obtain cost effective delivery;
•On-site civil project management and/or supervision
1.Preparation of civil contract documents including specifications;
2.Preparation and civil tenders;
3.Supply of Resident Engineers and Clerk of Works on part-time or full time basis;
4.Preparation of evaluations of payment to main contractors.
