    Client: Taylor Woodrow Developments Odyssey have provided infrastructure development advice on the highway network and new mixed residential housing of approximately 325 units. This site includes detailed measures for storm water design using attenuation lakes and tank storage systems. Odyssey are producing the detailed drainage strategies and food risk assessments as well as the transportation and traffic advice and detailed highways design.

    Client: Taylor Wimpey Developments. Odyssey provided transport, highways and drainage engineering planning support through the section 106 process and detailed design for 2,500 dwellings including community facilities, school and local centre. Odyssey have completed the detailed design of the initial land parcels including Section 278, 38 and 104 approvals.

    Client:Thames Water Property Architect: EPR Project Value Infrastructure Development Costs: 250m. Development of a multi-storey residential tower complex in the Millennium Quarter district of the Isle of Dogs. OCEs role has been to formulate the optimum Site Access, Parking and on-site Servicing arrangements and to prepare a full Transport Assessment for the development. The work has involved a complex Multi Modal Modelling exercise to establish the effect of a large number of developments already committed as part of the Millennium Quarter.

    Client: Isle of Wight Council / Barratt David Wilson. Architect: HGP project. value: approx 105 million. Odyssey provided traffic / transportation, highways, drainage and flood risk advice through the planning process to detailed design. The development comprises of provision of 860 residential units and commercial / office space.

    Client: Kings College NHS Trust and Kings College University OCE provided highways and transportation support to both the NHS Trust and University with regard to their ongoing campus wide redevelopment. This included significant input to the campus masterplan, delivery of a comprehensive hospital and university Travel Plan and ongoing support for individual planning applications for redevelopment and enhancement to campus facilities.

    Client: Barratt Strategic Land. Promotion of Greenfield land east of Aylesbury for a development of 2,450 dwellings and associated local centre and employment infrastructure. Odysseys role has been to provide full transportation and infrastructure planning support and advice through the core strategy to the issues and options LDF process. Odyssey have provided detailed drainage strategies including flood risk assessment.

    Client: Lattice Group Pension Fund / Delamere Estates Architect: Benoy Project Value Development Costs: 25m Redevelopment / refurbishment of an existing shopping centre in Southend OCEs role has been to prepare and negotiate a full Transport Assessment with Travel Plan and to deal with the Stopping Up of a highway under the Town & Country Planning Act, including input to a Section 106 Agreement. Planning consent granted in October 2005.
