facilities, school and local centre.
Odyssey have completed the detailed design of the initial land parcels including Section 278, 38 and 104 approvals.

Development of a multi-storey residential tower complex in the Millennium Quarter district of the Isle of Dogs. OCEs role has been to formulate the optimum Site Access,
Parking and on-site Servicing arrangements and to prepare a full Transport Assessment for the development. The work has involved a complex Multi Modal Modelling
exercise to establish the effect of a large number of developments already committed as part of the Millennium Quarter.

OCE provided highways and transportation support to both the NHS Trust and University with regard to their ongoing campus wide redevelopment. This included
significant input to the campus masterplan, delivery of a comprehensive hospital and university Travel Plan and ongoing support for individual planning applications for
redevelopment and enhancement to campus facilities.

centre in Southend OCEs role has been to prepare and negotiate a full Transport Assessment with Travel Plan and to deal with the Stopping Up of a highway under the
Town & Country Planning Act, including input to a Section 106 Agreement. Planning consent granted in October 2005.
